The design system team at Spectrum is seeking to fill a contract position for a Lead Designer. This role will function as a hands-on technical leader, responsible for collaborating with cross-functional feature design teams to drive UX strategy, ensure accessibility compliance, and lead design systems architecture.

The Lead Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving the Spectrum experience, ensuring it aligns with organizational objectives while supporting a consistent and scalable user experience across products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design systems, with a proven ability to translate complex design challenges into practical, user-centered solutions. This individual will also advocate for inclusive design practices and uphold the highest standards of accessibility in all aspects of the design process.
