We are looking for a person who will share in our Core Purpose and Business Focus, and lead the program for consistent and comprehensive communication of DivIHN’s message, internally and externally.
About the Role
The main outcomes that the Marketing Manager will be responsible for are:
- Continuous increase of DivIHN’s brand visibility, with image of reliability, innovation, and integrity
- Sturdy Lead Generation for all markets of DivIHN
- Internal understanding of DivIHN brand, consistent with external message, and key organizational developments
The Marketing Manager will be supported by a lean offshore based team and external services as needed. This role requires a deep understanding of a wide range of marketing functions (including but not limited to the ones described below) and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Primary accountabilities and responsibilities include:
- Brand Marketing Strategy – development and execution
- Marketing Content – Creation, Dissemination, and Effectiveness Tracking
- Marketing Events – Creation, Execution, and Effectiveness Tracking
- Digital Campaigns for brand promotion – Creation, Dissemination, and Effectiveness Tracking
- Lead Generation Campaigns (from digital assets and direct outreach efforts) – Creation, Execution, and Effectiveness Tracking
- Internal Communications and Messaging
In meeting the above accountabilities and responsibilities, the Marketing Manager will:
- Gain thorough understanding of the core tenets of DivIHN’s business, its services and solutions, its current and future markets, its differentiators, and current state of the sales and marketing functions.
- Work closely with the various Market Groups (market facing solutioning and sales entities within DivIHN) and Solution Groups (delivery groups that specialize in technology and/ or application domains).
- Contribute to and manage marketing related segments of the Company Content Repository.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on related industry activities; make recommendations to the Market and Solution Groups based on findings/opportunities discovered.
- Deploy and manage properly evaluated marketing technology to support the initiatives and programs required by the marketing function.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, campaigns, and regular operations; analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for initiatives and programs
- Prepare regular reports on various campaigns, initiatives, and operations for consumption by senior management; provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Experience, Qualifications, and Knowledge
- Understanding of B2B Marketing, preferably in professional services space
- Ability to understand the nuances of our service offerings, our differentiations, and our essence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with drive to seek and implement solutions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and possesses/ practices a strategic mindset
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with focus on brand visibility generation and lead generation in IT services industry.
- Experience implementing Brand Strategy in B2B space
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with qualifications in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
