Lead Generation Tool:
- Gyde is a lead generation tool designed to connect freelancers with brands.
- Gyde is not involved in the invoicing process or any disputes that may arise between freelancers and brands.
- Users acknowledge that Gyde's role is limited to facilitating connections and does not extend to managing financial transactions or resolving disputes.
Subscription Cancellation:
- Users have the right to cancel their subscription to Gyde at any time.
- Cancellation requests can be made through the user account settings on the Gyde platform.
- Upon cancellation, users will no longer have access to premium features associated with their subscription.
Public Display of Information:
- By signing up for Gyde, users grant Gyde permission to publicly display information provided via their online profile.
- Users can manage and control the information displayed through their account settings.
User Responsibilities:
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and login credentials.
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
- Any unauthorized use of Gyde's services is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property:
- All content and materials provided by Gyde, including but not limited to software, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Gyde Media, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.
